Process flow and overview:
gutter cover plate: discharging - flat - servo feed - punching - cold rolling forming - hydraulic length cut off
Main configuration and functions:
1. Electric charging rack: use manual tension and expansion to store the rolling material and provide plate material for the forming part.(Reload 2
Tons (inner diameter of φ 510~610mm, outer diameter of φ1500mm).
2. Precision leveling machine: used for rolling material flat, smooth and smooth according to the required size of feeding. The general type 7 roller adopts the flat structure, the leveling roller adopts GCR 15 bearing steel, and the outer circle is polished and chrome plated after fine grinding, which ensures the integrity and no damage of raw materials in operation.
3. CNC feeding punching: composed of servo feeder, punching die and stamping machine. Mainly according to the required size of the material and pre-rushed out of the hole on the workpiece. The feeder uses servo motor to drive the roller type mechanism, and the punching power adopts hydraulic press.
4. Cold rolling machine: cut the plate material according to the requirements and cut according to the size. It is composed of the main engine frame, the forming part, the whole shape part and the transmission part.
