Product Description

The working principle of the sink cutting machine is usually as follows:
First, the material to be cut (such as metal plates, etc.) is placed on the worktable of the cutting machine and firmly fixed by fixtures or fixing devices to prevent movement during the cutting process.
Then, the operator sets the corresponding parameters in the control system according to the required cutting size and shape, such as cutting depth, cutting speed, cutting path, etc.
Next, the motor of the cutting machine starts, driving the cutting tool (usually a diamond saw blade or other hard alloy cutting tool) to rotate at high speed.
Under the guidance of the control system, the tool cuts the material along the preset path. At the same time, usually, the cooling system sprays coolant to reduce the heat generated during the cutting process, prevent the tool from overheating and wearing, and reduce the generation of dust.
After the cutting is completed, the motor is turned off and the cut sink material is taken out.
